Anthony "Joe" Kaster, age 75, passed away on July 23, 2020 at Accura Healthcare of Newton West. He was born February 5, 1945 to Orel and Alice Kaster at home in Moravia, Iowa. Joe graduated from Moravia High School in 1963. He married Janice Locker July 12, 1965. They enjoyed two children, Tina and Bobby. He attended Indian Hills Community College to become a mechanic. He worked through the years as a welder and mechanic. \n\nJoe is survived by a daughter, Tina (Dave) Hart of Chariton; grandchildren, Gage Hart, Trisha Linville, Jonathon Linville and many great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Dorothy Fenton and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orel and Alice Kaster; wife, Janice Kaster, son Bobby Kaster; 2 sisters, Frances Benell and Dana Albers; 2 sisters-in-law, Wilma Huff and Anita Jones. \n\nCelebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Hillcrest Cemetery in Moravia.
