Barbara J. Brown, age 73, of Albia, died on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Monroe County Hospital, under the care of HCI Hospice. She was born November 2, 1942 to Charles and Svea "Toby" (Samuelson) Miller. Born to Barbara were four children: Robert Larry Brown, David Lee Brown, Alisa Brown Schleier, Gary Allen Brown. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, and surfing the internet. She very much enjoyed the road trips with her cousin Susan. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. at Sinnott Funeral Home in Albia with Elder Lois Behrens officiating. Private family burial will be on Tuesday at Oakview Cemetery in Albia. Visitation will be held from 3:00 - 5:00 P.M., Monday, May 16, 2016 at Sinnott Funeral Home in Albia.
