Bruce Reinier

Bruce Reinier, age 64, died on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the Serenity Hospice House in Oskaloosa. He lived and grew up in Martinsburg, Iowa most recently living in Fremont, Iowa. Graduated Pekin High School 1976. Married Sandy (Abbott) Reinier in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 26, 1991 they had two children, Joshua Reinier and Rachel (Cory) Petersma.

He worked as a janitor at Pekin Schools for many years and did laundry services at Ottumwa hospital where he made many friends.

He was a member of Kirkville Community Church. He loved God and his family. Always helping people and enjoyed making people laugh.

He is survived by sister Carol (Ronald) Nordyke, brothers John (Karen) and Scott (Louise) Reinier. Proceeded in death by his grandparents, mother Lillian Mae Reinier and father Stanley Wilson Reinier, and brothers, Ronald Reinier and Rex Reinier.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Kirkville Community Church. Memorial donations welcome to Kirkville Community Church or directly to the family.
