Cimberly A. Ross Obituary (1966 - 2021)

Cimberly Ann Ross (Coates), 55, passed away on December 8, 2021, at University of Iowa. She was born on January 20, 1966 in Iowa City to Stella Yvonne Garr and Richard Schnor. On July 11, 1983 she married David Ross later separating but never divorced. Cim granduated from Kirkwood Adult Learning Center, Class of 1993. She had been employed at General Mills in Cedar Rapids. She was also a licensed Child Care Provider. She was the Assistant Manager at Pronto in Marengo, IA, and BP in Ottumwa, IA. She loved her job as a driver for the Ottumwa Cab. The last few year she spent helping family. Cim enjoyed doing crosswords, sudoku, and puzzles. she loved putting on sticker nails and going thrift store shopping with her two granddaughters, Jennifer and Jordan Davis. American Idol was her favorite TV show. In addition to her father Richard Schnor, She was preceded in death by a sister Doreen Coates and a Son-in-law Paul Davis. Cim is survived by her mother, Stella Yvonne Garr; daughter, Kosha Davis, a son, Joshua Shaull all of Ottumwa Ia.; five Grandchildren, Nicole Hunter of Sigourney, Ia., Matthew Davis, Jennifer Davis, Jordan Davis and Greyson Shaull all from Ottumwa, IA; five sisters, Stella Marler of Marble Hill MO., Danyell Bottoms of Ottumwa, IA, Shelly Roth of Cedar Rapids, IA., Sandy West of West Branch, IA., Chrissy Bodensteiner of Ossia, IA.; four brothers, Julius Grulkey of Waterloo, IA. Steve Schnor of North Liberty, IA., Scott Schnor of Shellsburg, IA., Lonnie Tepee of Mason City, IA. and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Services have been canceled.
