Obituary for Eddie Lee Gladson Eddie Lee Gladson, age 69, of Albia, IA died on Monday, February 7, 2011 at his residence in Albia. He was born on July 1, 1941 to Edwin William and Bobbie Maxine (Hammond) Gladson in Monroe County. Eddie was a laborer throughout his life until retirement. He is survived by one brother, William Gladson of Rochester, IL; one sister, Joyce Short of Des Moines, four nieces and four nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother-in-law, LeRoy Short. Eddie's wishes were for his body to be cremated with no public services.
