Obituary for \r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Eleanor Maxine Frost\n\r\n\t\t\t\tDateline: Lovilia Eleanor Maxine Frost, age 85, of Bussey, died on Thursday evening, October 16, 2014 at Pleasant Care Living Center in Pleasantville, IA, under the care of HCI Hospice. She was born in Bussey, IA to Charles and Hazel (Mather) Bonnett on May 24, 1929. She graduated from Bussey High School. She married Donzell Frost on February 21, 1947 at the Methodist Church in Oskaloosa. They moved to Rock Valley, IA for a short time while Donzell worked on a gas line, before moving back to Bussey. She was a teachers aid in Attica, worked at First Iowa State Bank in Knoxville, and also worked at Pella Corp. She was a member of the Bussey United Methodist Church, and was very active with the Bussey United Methodist Church Women. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, crafts, ceramics, and spending time at the river camping. She is survived by her sons, Steve (Brenda) Frost of Camdenton, MO, Brad Frost of Bussey, Jack (Vicki) Frost of Bussey, Scott Frost of Harvey, Tim Frost and Linda James of Lovilia; ten grandchildren, Whitney (Jeff) Wilson of Knoxville, Travis (Jenny) Frost of Knoxville, Tiffany (Gabe) Gilbert of Knoxville, Eric Frost of Baltimore,MA, Christoper (Melinda) Frost of Beacon, Neil Frost of Des Moines, Alicia (Grant) Smith of Randall, Allison Frost of Herrin, IL, Megan (Michael) Cooperstein of San Antonio, TX, Hunter Frost of Tracy; great grandchildren, Jalen and Tristyn Frost of Knoxville, Brayden, Isabella, & Chase Gilbert of Knoxville, Tyler Wilson of Knoxville, Asher Cooperstein of San Antonio, TX, Sabrina and Huxton Frost of Beacon, and one great great granddaughter, Marlea Frost of Knoxville. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Donzell, and brother, Kenneth Bonnett. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, October 20, 2014 at the Bussey United Methodist Church with Rev. Rebecca Shrimplin officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, followed by a luncheon at the Church. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2014, opening the public at 2:00 pm and family being present from 5-7 pm at the Sinnott Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Lovilia.
