Obituary for Jens Christian Jensen Jens Christian Jensen, age 81, of Ottumwa, formerly of Albia, died on May 14, 2017 at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center, Emergency Room. He was born on August 13, 1935 to Minnie and Jens Jensen in Chicago, IL. He attended School in Chicago. He married Raquel Iglesias on May 11, 1955, and they were blessed with five children: Dannette, Mitchell, Patricia, Scott, and Mark. Jens collected model cars, belts, and belt buckles. He is survived by his wife, Raquel Jensen of Albia; children, Dannette (Kurt) Ballance of Hemet, ?CA, Mitchell Jensen of Cameron, MO, Patricia (Jim) Hoselton of Cedar Rapids, IA, Scott Jensen and Kim of Colorado, Mark Jensen of Albia, and one granddaughter, Jennifer Ballance of Hemet, CA.
