Kelly Walter

Kelly Walter, affectionately known as "Pinky," passed away on October 7, 2026. Born on June 26, 1995, in Guam, Kelly was a thoughtful and funny soul whose presence brought immense joy to all who knew him. Throughout his life, he formed lasting connections with countless friends and was renowned for his supportive and loving nature. Kelly graduated high school and later dedicated a year to his work in the produce department at Walmart. He was also an active member of the NRAK organization, where he passionately participated in peace rallies and organized events that promoted unity and understanding among diverse communities.

A resident of Chuuk and Guam, Kelly's heart always remained with his beloved wife, Ketunia Karty, and their cherished dog, Oreo. His love for anime, gaming, and playing basketball with friends was evident to all who knew him. Kelly's commitment to his family and friends was unparalleled, and he was known to prioritize the needs of others above his own. He was a kind-hearted individual who cared deeply for those around him, embodying what it means to be a true friend and brother.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm with a funeral service held at 1:30 pm both at Sinnott Funeral Home in Ottumwa, Iowa. Memorial contributions have been established to the family.
