Lisa Rachelle Watts passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the Hospice Serving Davis and Wapello Counties facility. She was born on September 28th 1961 at Graham Hospital in Keokuk Ia. She graduated from Keokuk Senior High. During High School she worked at the Keokuk Pizza Hut. \n\nLisa had a fun, vibrant, adventurous spirit. She loved to swim, cook, read, travel, craft, and most of all garden. She created a beautiful Family Memorial Garden for friends and family to use as their final resting place. She worked many jobs throughout her life. She ended her career at Pella Corp in Pella Ia. She was a loving and dedicated nana, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt and friend and was deeply committed to her Life Partner Pat Conrad. She will be deeply missed by all. \n\nShe is survived by: her Mother, Marie M. Scott of Oskaloosa Ia, a Sister, Pamela O'Brian of Ottumwa Ia, a Brother, Gerry Lee Berry of wellman Ia, Two Children, Jessie Rachelle Olsen of Keokuk Ia, and Billy Gene Watts of Ottumwa Ia, and their Soulmates Derek and Kellee, Four Grandchildren, Alexia Watts of Keokuk, Katherine Gordy of Floris Ia, Aiden Watts and Roan Watts of Ottumwa Ia. She was preceeded in death by her Father Willard Watts, Grandmother, Gladys Kite, Grandfather, John B Bratcher, Two Aunts, Jane Robinson and Jeanette Starks, and a Cousin, Michael Van Velsor \n\nCelebration of Life Services will be held at a later date.
