Patricia Anderson

Patricia Ann Anderson, age 82, of Ottumwa, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Society in Ottumwa. She was born in Wapello County on September 5, 1938 to Russell and Juanita (Collett) Woollums.

Patricia married Darrell Eugene Anderson on March 17, 1956 at her sister Dorothy and John Griffin's home. They were blessed with four children: Deborah, Kenneth, Rebecca, and Sheila. Darrell preceded her in death on February 15, 1994.

She enjoyed bowling, NASCAR, camping, quilting, gardening, sports, and especially watching and spending time with her grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her children: Deborah (Dave) Luthi, Rebecca (Brad) Davis, Sheila (Joe) Reed, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren; brother, Warren (Donna) Woollums; sister, Judy (Bob) Bequeaith; daughter-in-law, Jenny Anderson, three sisters-in-law, two bothers-in-law, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Juanita Woollums; husband, Darrell Anderson; son, Kenneth Anderson; siblings, LeRoy, Vercil, Ed, Bill & Jack Woollums, and sister, Wandy Selby.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Sinnott Funeral Home in Ottumwa with Pastor Jeremy Skinner officiating. Interment will follow in Blakesburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, opening to the public at 3:00 p.m., and Patricia's family will be present from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday evening at Sinnott Funeral Home in Ottumwa.
