Patricia E. Osteen passed away on April 29, 2022 at Vista Woods Care Center in Ottumwa, under the care of Hospice, Service Davis and Wapello Counties. \n\nPatricia was born December 7, 1932 to Albert and Mable (Downer) McBride in Ottumwa. Patricia was a member of the East End Presbyterian Church until it's closing, and then attended Bible Baptist Church. Patricia enjoyed sewing, playing bingo and shopping with friends. \n\nPatricia is preceded into death by her parents; one brother, Wayne McBride, and one nephew, Fred McBride. She is survived by her son, Tim (Cindy) Osteen; one Grandson, Tim (Athena) Osteen II; two great grandchildren, Tim Osteen III, Aubrey Osteen; five nieces, Terri Buesing, Barbera Perkins, Peggy Byrd, Carla Cochran, Becky Underwood, and Susan Long. \n\nFuneral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Sinnott Funeral Home in Ottumwa with Pastor Ed Matthews officiating. Interment will follow services in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at Izaak Walton Club of Ottumwa. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, opening to the public at 3:00 p.m., with Patricia's family present from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday evening at Sinnott Funeral Home in Ottumwa.
