Randy Ray Owings Jr., age 47, of Agency, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at his residence in Agency. He was born on December 29, 1974 in Oakland, CA to Randy Ray Sr. and LuLanie (Schalla) Owings. \n\nA time of celebration will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 4-8 p.m., at his residence at 103 East Wapello St., Agency, Iowa 52530. His entire life was his two children, Zoie and Dayne Owings. He was the best father and son, and was the most true, loyal, loving person to his family and friends. He could be stubborn as hell at times, but he never left a conversation without telling his family I love you. He was a very determined person that would finish anything he started. He enjoyed heavy metal music, going to concerts, watching his children improve in their musical abilities, and cherished the time he and his children would spend together attending them. He will be missed by all who knew him. \n\nSurvivors include his children, Zoie Owings and Dayne Owings, both of Agency; parents, Randy Sr. and LuLanie Owings of Eldon; brother, Michael Owings of Texas, sister, Angel Rock of Norwalk; nieces and nephews, Kasandra Hughes, Michael Owings Jr., Haley Caldwell, Connie Counts, and great nieces and nephews.
